Robert Tilley

Rob is a partner in the firm's Washington, DC office. He represents consumer financial services companies in government investigations, enforcement actions, and consumer disputes. He regularly represents clients before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, and state attorneys general. He has also represented clients in state and federal courts and before arbitration organizations throughout the country.
