All registrations must be completed together at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Multiple tickets may be purchased in a single transaction, and attendee names can be assigned at a later date.  


The Early Bird will be available February 2 - March 2, 2026.
All cancellations will incur a nonrefundable $75.00 administrative fee. Refunds (minus the administrative fee) will be available until May 26, 2026. No refunds will be available for registration starting May 27, 2026. Substitutions are welcome.
