He currently serves as Vice President and Consumer Finance Director at Anderson Brothers Bank, where he brings strategic leadership and a people-first approach to serving customers and developing teams. His career spans a wide range of markets, including Michigan, Canada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Ohio, giving him a well-rounded and practical perspective on leadership and business.

A graduate of University of Michigan, Jeff is deeply passionate about leadership and personal development. He is the author of two books focused on growth, mindset, and intentional living, and he co-hosts a leadership podcast where he shares real-world insights and encouragement for individuals striving to lead with purpose.

Beyond his professional work, Jeff values faith, family, and long-term commitment. He married his high school sweetheart, and together they will celebrate 28 years of marriage in May 2026, an enduring reflection of the principles he teaches and lives out daily.
