Bethany Slomski Rangel

Bethany Slomski-Rangel is Deputy General Counsel, Senior Vice President at Exeter Finance LLC, where she leads the company’s legal advisory functions surrounding regulatory compliance including transactions, legal advisory, products, privacy, and systems. Since joining Exeter in 2018, Bethany has leveraged her extensive background in consumer finance law to help guide the organization through an evolving legal and regulatory landscape.

A seasoned industry professional, Bethany has represented fintech startups, privately held firms, and publicly traded institutions throughout her career. She brings broad-based experience navigating both state and federal regulatory frameworks, and other key state oversight bodies.

At Exeter, Bethany oversees tactical and strategic legal matters across privacy, product development, corporate transactions, and system governance.
