Industry Conversations That Matter: NAF Networks Spring Virtual Meetup
The National Automotive Finance (NAF) Association will host the NAF Networks Spring Virtual Meetup on Tuesday, March 24 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET, bringing together professionals from across the non-prime auto finance community for an hour of peer connection and discussion.
The event will begin with a brief fireside conversation between NAF President Suzi Straffon, Finance Company Market Director with Allied Solutions, and Kristin Karwat, Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Financial Solutions. Their conversation will explore the broader trends shaping the auto finance industry and offer perspective on the forces leaders should be thinking about as the industry continues to evolve.
Following the fireside chat, participants will move into facilitated breakout discussions, where small groups will connect with peers who share similar roles and responsibilities.
Breakout sessions will focus on four key areas within the industry. Each breakout will provide an opportunity to explore how current industry trends are affecting organizations today, while also creating space to discuss other pressing issues, challenges, and opportunities relevant to each participant’s role.
Breakout networks and facilitators include:
-
Leadership: Ray Knapp, Chief Operating Officer, Midwest Acceptance Corp.
-
Operations: Stacie Grueser, Chief Commercial Officer, United Auto Credit
-
Servicing: Allison Morle, Chief Compliance Officer, Cinch Auto Finance
-
Technology: Ed Knipping, Product Mgr. Next Generation Technologies, Santander Consumer USA
The NAF Networks program connects professionals across the industry who share common roles and responsibilities, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen relationships across the non-prime auto finance community.
Participants will also have the opportunity to continue these conversations in person at the 2026 Annual Non-Prime Auto Financing Conference, where NAF Networks will host peer roundtables for Leadership, Operations, Servicing, and Technology.
NAF members and industry professionals are encouraged to join the conversation and connect with colleagues from across the community.
