A Year of Momentum, Community, and Impact
A Message from the Executive Director
As we close out 2025, I'm reflecting on the incredible year we have shared as a community. The National Automotive Finance (NAF) Association continues to be a gathering place for thought leadership, education, and collaboration across the non prime auto finance industry — and this year, our momentum has been unmistakable.
2025: A Year of Growth and Meaningful Work
This year, we delivered some of the strongest programs and engagement opportunities in our history. A few highlights:
- The Annual Conference welcomed record attendance, dynamic speakers, and one of the largest exhibit halls we have ever hosted.
- The Executive Exchange (formerly the C-Suite Retreat) brought together senior leaders for deep conversations on strategy, innovation, and the future of non-prime auto finance.
- The Compliance Champions Workshop continued to underscore the value of hands-on compliance education and peer collaboration.
- NAF Networks expanded their footprint with vibrant roundtables in Leadership, Operations, Servicing, and Technology, creating meaningful spaces where professionals can learn from each other and bring back real solutions to their teams.
- The Learning Library grew significantly, adding new on demand courses, legal briefings, and member-driven resources.
- Research and industry insights remained a cornerstone of our work, with the Non-Prime Auto Financing Survey Report continuing to inform stakeholders.
Most importantly, 2025 reaffirmed the strength of our community. Whether through virtual conversations, in-person events, or day-to-day member support, we saw the value of what happens when people come together to share ideas, tackle challenges, and elevate one another.
Looking Ahead to 2026
The year ahead promises even more opportunity. In 2026, we are proud to celebrate the 30th anniversary of both the NAF Association and the Annual Non-Prime Auto Financing Conference. It is a milestone that speaks to the staying power of this Association and the enduring need for a space dedicated to education, collaboration, and advocacy within the non-prime marketplace. 2026 will be a year of honoring our past, celebrating our growth, and leaning boldly into what comes next.
