Angela Walsh

Angela Walsh is the Vice President of Compliance & Legal. She has over 20 years experience in compliance and licensing, specifically within subprime auto finance. Angela launched and oversees the Compliance Management System for the organization. Angela is skilled in analyzing risk and implementing policies to meet organizational and compliance standards. She successfully navigates regulatory examinations as well as demonstrates the ability to research and initiate industry best practices and regulatory changes to drive business initiatives.


Angela is a graduate of Indiana University and is a member of the National Automotive Finance's (NAF) Consumer Credit Compliance Certification Program. She is a committee member for American Finance Services Association's (AFSA) State and Government Affairs Committee, Operational and Regulatory Compliance Committee, National Title Solutions Committee, and the Women's Leadership Council.

Angela also earned the 2021 Compliance Champion Award in the Ignite Consulting Partners Compliance Unleashed Conference and named the Women in Auto Finance Honoree in 2022
