Professional Bio
In 2013, Rick Sly created Non-Prime Times Magazine not only for the association to have an avenue to communicate with the industry but also to provide a useful industry resource for automotive finance professionals. Non-Prime Times is Rick's second publication; from 1996-2008, he published World of Special Finance Magazine, the first magazine for the non-prime auto financing industry. Both publications are a result of his 30-plus years in the automotive finance segment.
