Claudia Plascencia currently serves as the President for the NAF Board of Directors and is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Resolvion. She is a recognized leader in the industry with an established reputation for providing impeccable quality and high performance. With over 23 years of experience, Claudia has been driving business development, strategic alliances, sales, operations and project management. She has also earned the National Women in Remarketing Recognition Excellence award and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Used Car Week’s Repo Con. Claudia earned her bachelor’s degree from Kaplan University.
