Compliance Certificate Programs
The Certificate Programs have been developed to provide compliance education to an auto finance company’s front line staff, the people who have direct contact with the consumer and where a great deal of compliance exposure exists.
The Compliance Certificate Program covers five line functions: Collector, Underwriter, Sales/Dealer Relations, Contract Auditing/Funding and Customer Service. Certificate courses are available to NAF Association member companies only.
The 19th annual survey is the most comprehensive of its kind with information coming directly from the finance companies. Content has been significantly increased and data contributions by Experian and FactorTrust have further improved the value of the report. View the Free Sample Report or the survey presentation from this year's annual conference.
“With 45 contributors, this survey is the most comprehensive ever conducted of the non-prime auto market,” said NAF Executive Director Jack Tracey. “We were able to expand the scope of the survey thanks to our partnership with AFSA. The broader base of contributing finance companies provides a more accurate and robust view of the industry.”
