Professional Bio
Brad Miller is Chief Regulatory Counsel, Digital Affairs and Privacy at the National Automobile Dealers Association. He represents dealer interests before numerous federal agencies and educates dealers on regulations promulgated by those agencies including the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Reserve Board, Department of the Treasury, and Internal Revenue Service. He is an industry-leading expert on data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory issues affecting dealers. He has spoken to dealer groups and others around the country and is the author and editor of numerous NADA publications on an array of regulatory topics. Prior to NADA, was in private practice with the Washington, D.C. law firm, WilmerHale.
