Code of Responsibility

Members of the National Automotive Finance Association maintain the highest standards of business ethics.

Members promise and pledge to uphold the following Code of Responsibility:

• To obey all federal and regulatory agency laws and regulations that govern the industry;
• To hold the respect and confidence of the non-prime industry, members agree to disseminate only information known to be accurate and correct;
• To exhibit behavior that always reflects positively on the integrity and respectability of the National Automotive Finance Association;
• To create an environment of honesty, sound principles and personal and professional responsibility in which to conduct business.

Members of the National Automotive Finance Association are encouraged to adhere to the Code of Responsibility.
